The deadline for preparing, amending and implementing Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) plans was November 10, 2011.

OOGA’s Environmental and Safety Committee, with the help of the Vorys Law Firm, has prepared a summary of the recent final SPCC (Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures) Rule, effective November, 2011. This report contains information on the substantive compliance requirements regarding these obligations, including a template form for Tier I facilities.
